Information you provide

I collect the trip locations and timing, passenger and service needs, contact details, notes, and your request-terms and optional SMS choices. For airport requests, you can also share airline, flight, terminal, and meeting preferences.

How I use it

I use this information to check my schedule, estimate and plan the route, prepare your quote, communicate about the request and ride, operate the trip, process payments you authorize, and keep required business and audit records.

Service providers

Mapping, email, SMS, hosting, and payment providers receive the information they need for their part of the service. You enter card details in the payment provider’s secure fields; this application never stores raw card numbers.

Text messages and mobile information

If you opt in to text messages, I send only the transactional texts described in the SMS terms, and your opt-in is used for nothing else. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. My SMS provider processes your number only to deliver the messages.

Private links

I tie each high-entropy ride and payment link to one record and purpose. Treat those links like a password: do not forward them, and call me if someone else may have received one.
